The layout and style to be adopted in the preparation of your paper are described and illustrated through an example. Authors are requested to strictly adhere to these instructions. As an author, you are fully responsible for the quality and appearance of your contribution. Your abstract should be wholly placed in ONE page. Abstracts may be written in Turkish or English.

Page Layout
The A4 size (210mm by 297mm) page must be formatted with margins of 25mm on all sides. No headers, borders or page numbers should be included. Page numbers will be inserted during the production of the proceedings. The main text should be typed Times New Roman single spaced, justified and in single column format. The first line of each paragraph should be indented 0,60cm from the left margin (use TAB key). No line spacing should be left between paragraphs.

Headings
Abstract Title: Tahoma 12 point, Bold, single line spacing, centered
Author Information: Times New Roman 10 point, italic, centered
Section Titles: Times New Roman 11 point, bold, centered
Main text: Times New Roman 11 point, justified.

Tables and Figures
Tables and captions should be centered, with the caption located just above the table. Vertical lines should be avoided. Labels for every row and column and proper units for the data should be given.
Figures and legends should be centered, with the legend located just below the figure. Labels for plot coordinate axes and proper units for the data should be given. Grids and details within the figures must be clearly readable and may not be written one on top of the other. All figures should be high resolution (300 dpi).

One line spacing should be left before and after tables and figures.

Please designate the Topic (science discipline) of your abstract during submission by e-mail. (For example, Mathematics, Molecular Biology, Civil Engineering, etc.)

References
Reference citations in the text should be identified consecutively by numbers in square brackets [1]. Vancouver Referencing Style should be used for citing the references. Journal titles may be abbreviated according to https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nlmcatalog/journals.
