The International Students Science Congress, the first of its kind in the field of Natural and Applied Sciences in Türkiye, extends an invitation to all international scholars, graduate students and academics. Participants from around the world are welcome, and we anticipate the presence of Turkish students as well.

The International Students Science Congress, the inaugural event of its kind in the field of Natural and Applied Sciences in Türkiye, cordially invites international scholars, graduate students, and academics. Participants from around the globe are welcome, and we look forward to the participation of Turkish students as well.

Abstract submissions for the congress will be accepted until March 1, 2025, through the Submit Abstract link on the main page.

Abstracts may be submitted in either Turkish or English. Please indicate the topic (scientific discipline) of your abstract during submission (e.g., Mathematics, Civil Engineering, etc.). The peer-review process for abstracts will commence after the submission deadline. All submissions will undergo peer review. Notification of abstract acceptance will be provided by May 10, 2025. Authors of accepted abstracts will have the opportunity to present their papers at the Congress on May 22-23, 2025. Presentations may be delivered in either Turkish or English. Following the Congress, abstracts of presented papers will be published in electronic format in the “ABSTRACT BOOK”. Moreover, an ‘PROCEEDINGS BOOK’ will be electronically published for authors interested in elaborating their abstracts into full papers. Selected papers will also be published in the journal SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH COMMUNICATIONS.

Face-to-face presentations are scheduled for May 22, while online sessions will take place on May 23 during the congress. Lunch and coffee/tea will be provided for participants attending the sessions in person.
